FCS take your privacy very seriously. For that reason, in this digital age, FCS all
want to know our information is kept safe and sound. We recognize the
importance of maintaining your privacy. We value our relationship with you and
FCS appreciate the trust you show in providing information to us. Explaining
how we collect, use and protect customer information is, therefore, of utmost
importance to us.
· Credit card information: FCS use top-quality Secure Socket Layer
(SSL) encryption to process your credit card during a purchase and we
do not store your credit card information at any point during your
purchase. We do not use OpenSSL encryption software.
· Personal and company information: FCS store your name, contact
information, and address in order to process shipments and contact
you regarding purchases. FCS do not sell or lend your personal
information to any third parties, meaning you will not receive spam
emails or other solicitations as a result of providing us with your
information.
· Website usage: FCS record metrics regarding how customers use and
interact with our website to provide us with valuable insights about
how to improve our website interface and user experience. However,
we aggregate this data from all site visitors, and do not track individual
user activity.
Acceptance of and reliance on terms and conditions
Except as otherwise set forth herein or agreed to between you and FCS, these
terms and conditions govern your use of the fcs.parts website and any
products purchased from fcs.parts using the Site . By accessing and using the
Site, you acknowledge that you have read and unconditionally agree to follow
and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to be bound
by these Terms and Conditions, or are not a customer or potential customer,
then you are requested to immediately exit the Site.
Privacy of Children
FCS do not publish content that is targeted to children. If you are under thirteen
years of age, you are not permitted to access the sites for any reason.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age
13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. We strongly
recommend that minors of 13 years of age or younger ask their parents for
permission before sending any information about themselves to anyone over
the internet and we encourage parents to teach their children about safe
internet use practices.
Revisions to Terms and Conditions
Please refer to these Terms and Conditions regularly. FCS (fcs.parts) reserves
the right, at any time, to modify, amend, alter or update these Terms and
Conditions without prior notice by updating this posting. Your continued use of
the Site following posting of changes to these Terms and Conditions signifies
that you agree to be bound by such modifications, amendments, alterations or
updates.
Payment and order acceptance
Prices for all Products are in United States dollars and exclude any and all
applicable taxes and shipping and handling charges, on this country or abroad,
unless expressly stated otherwise. To the extent permissible under law, you are
responsible for any applicable taxes, whether or not they are listed on your
receipt or statement. If you purchase products, you agree to pay, using a valid
credit card, transference, or other form of payment that fcs.parts may accept
from time to time, the applicable fees and taxes (if any) set forth in the offer
that you accepted. FCS - fcs.parts - reserves the right, upon prior notice to
you, to change the amount of any fees and to institute new fees.
FCS - fcs.parts - reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any
order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your
payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy,
and your order is shipped or picked up in store. FCS - fcs.parts - may also
require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. If
payment cannot be charged to your credit card or your payment is returned to
FCS - fcs.parts - for any reason, FCS - fcs.parts - reserves the right to either
suspend or terminate your access to the Site and/or the unpaid-for Products.
It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available to cover the
charges for the Products, and FCS - fcs.parts - has no liability for any overdraft
or other fees that you may incur as a result of processing your payment. FCS -
fcs.parts - will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if
additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled
after your credit card has been charged, or your payment is already done, FCS
- fcs.parts - will issue a credit to your credit card or bank account in the
amount of the charge.
Shipping Policy - Tracking and Transit Times
All orders ship without a signature required. Please note that we only ship on
business days; we do not offer weekend or holiday delivery. Most orders are
shipped within 1-5 business days, but may take longer due to product
availability, weather conditions, or delays from our vendors.
Tracking numbers are typically emailed within 1-5 business days, although
some may take longer to update in the system.
Most standard shipping orders are delivered within 3-7 business days, but
delivery times can vary due to product availability, weather conditions, and
vendor delays.
Most Truck Freight orders are delivered within 7-12 business days.
Please note that all of the timeframes listed above are estimates only. In some
cases, tracking updates and shipping times may be longer than anticipated.
Cancellation, returns and refunds policy
Cancellation
FCS - fcs.parts - are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction
possible. On this order, you, as client, may cancel your order at any time prior
to receiving an order confirmation. However, once an order has been
confirmed, it is immediately processed for shipping. Therefore, no orders can
be cancelled after receiving an electronic order acceptance.
Returns
FCS - fcs.parts - will only accept authorized returns within 30 calendar days of
the invoice date unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
All authorized returns must be unused and in their original condition, include all
items and components that were included in the original package and cannot
be disassembled, mounted, or damaged due to incorrect installation or user
error. We are not responsible for labor expenses, towing expenses, additional
repair expenses or rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective
parts during installation.
If your order arrived with a damaged or incorrect item, please repackage the
item(s) in the original shipping container and refer to our Return Procedure.
Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing,
damaged, or incorrect parts. If you receive a damaged part, do NOT accept the
package, have the shipper immediately return to sender. If the shipper has left
a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact us to
customer.service@fcs.parts. We must be contacted immediately if you receive
missing, damaged or incorrect parts to prevent you from being charged freight
on both receipt and return.
We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or
incorrect parts after 30 days, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not
responsible for lost or stolen packages and all such claims must be processed
through the shipping company.
Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and
verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued.
All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited
only in those instances that the return is a result of our error.
Return Procedure
In order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, you must send
an E-mail to customer.service@fcs.parts with the following information:
- Provide your order and invoice number, name, email address, phone number
and the number of part number you wish to return, along with an explanation as
to why the part is being returned.
All returns must be packaged securely. Please make sure to check if there are
any special packaging instructions to ensure that no shipping damage occurs.
We cannot be responsible for damaged returns resulting from inadequate
packaging. The product has to be returned in the same condition as it was
delivered.
Once you email us you will receive a Return Number. This number must be
informed to the shipping company, and must be add to the bill of lading
Freight Charge
Return freight charges are not reimbursable unless the return is due to a
manufacturer’s defect or a direct result of an error on our part.
If you are a wholesaler, remember that our Incoterms condition is EX-WORKs
(EXW)
Refund Processing
Refunds normally process and credit within 2-5 business days of the
warehouse receiving your part. Once the return has been processed, the refund
will be credited to the payment method you used to buy the merchandise. You
will receive a credit approved email the day you are credited. If the purchase
was made through a debit or credit card, it may take an additional 1-7 business
days for your financial institution to reflect the credit back onto your account.
